About The Position

The Client Executive works on the Business Insurance National Accounts team, partnering directly with the Client Director and Client Specialist. The role is responsible for servicing and retaining an existing commercial book of business, managing daily servicing work and delegating tasks to team members. It also supports the marketing and placement of new and renewal commercial accounts with specific teams and demonstrates team leadership.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience.
Knowledge of commercial insurance industry laws, products, coverages, and markets, including carrier and agency experience.
Knowledge of insurance company working relationships, binding authority, procedures, and underwriting guidelines.
Excellent communication skills for effectively servicing customers.
Ability to be a self-starter and problem solver, manage time, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Property and Casualty license required.

CIC, CRM, ARM, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities
