This role provides overall strategic direction and sales execution for Outbound Telemarketing Partner (OTM) success, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and frontline sales execution. The goal is to drive "Quality Growth" across converged Wireless and Wireline (Fios) business segments. The position involves communicating goals, managing KPIs, facilitating training, and acting as a sales-driven leader who can directly engage with customers to resolve escalations or save deals. It also includes training partners on complex rate plans, product updates, and converged solutions, leading weekly Results Reviews and C-Suite partnership meetings, providing "on-the-floor" coaching, driving a solution-selling culture, and optimizing operations by navigating complex systems to audit orders, mitigate cancellations, and resolve friction points. The role requires analyzing performance using data-driven insights to spark new creative approaches and business strategies.
