About The Position

The Client Engineer plans, designs, develops, and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products, including cloud-based or internet-related tools. The role performs coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process; documents software requirements and potential solutions; applies computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis to software development; and coordinates with cross-functional staff to assess feasibility within cost and time constraints. It also performs software systems testing with a focus on procedures and programming and communicates with customers and clients to establish software maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• Three to four years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
• At least three years of Unity experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of software systems and programming languages.
• Proficiency with software engineering tools and applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process.
• Create flowcharts and other documentation to identify software requirements and propose possible solutions.
• Apply computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis to the software development process.
• Coordinate with cross-functional staff to forecast whether designs are feasible within cost and time constraints.
• Perform software systems testing, focusing on procedures and programming.
• Communicate with customers and clients to establish software maintenance procedures.
