Bright!Tax is hiring a Client Engagement Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for all prospective clients. This role involves triaging and routing inbound inquiries from various channels (email, website, voicemail, chat), qualifying leads, and in some cases, closing deals directly. Additionally, the specialist will manage the global referral network, conduct voice-of-the-client outreach to gather feedback, and provide valuable insights to the Marketing and Client Success teams to inform sales strategies and service improvements. The role requires working with volume, ambiguity, and exercising judgment, with tasks varying daily from routing inquiries to engaging with international referral partners and analyzing client feedback.
