Potomac Community Services has been serving individuals with mental health needs in person and in community for 25 years. The Client Engagement Specialist (CES) is responsible for processing client referrals, ensuring eligibility for services, and providing detailed information about programs and referral processes. Working independently according to COMAR 10.09.45 and 10.09.90, the CES completes initial assessments for adults and children with mental health diagnoses. They assist clients in setting treatment goals and ensure smooth transmission of paperwork and pertinent information to assigned staff. This position is a blend of office and community work.
