About The Position

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Petersburg, FL. The Client Engagement Manager will serve as the RCS Project lead for conversions onto the custody and clearing platform, managing their own workflow while keeping key stakeholders appropriately involved and up to date. This role fosters and collaborates in the development of new client relationships and acts as the primary point of contact during onboarding to the platform. The position requires effective external and internal client communications and the development and maintenance of an in-depth understanding of the custody and clearing business, its products, and supporting functions. The role involves conducting effective educational meetings with professional presentations, ensuring follow-up and training for inquiries related to services, qualifications, instructions, or paperwork requirements for various programs. Additionally, the Client Engagement Manager ensures the completion of all onboarding-related tasks, maintains Salesforce workflow and data requirements, and ensures the accuracy, completion, and archival of onboarding contracts. A key aspect of this role is to proactively monitor onboarding activity, identify system or potential risk situations, and escalate appropriately. The position also involves building and maintaining key relationships and coordinating tasks with internal business lines, demonstrating a culture of engagement and assistance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in financial services, client support and project coordination
  • In-depth concepts, practices and procedures of custody and clearing firms.
  • Fundamental concepts of financial markets, accounts, products, and the transfer process.
  • Operational processes common to a custody and clearing platform.

Responsibilities
