About the role and what you'll be doing: The Client Engagement Manager is accountable for the growth, retention, and overall success of assigned Ensono client accounts. This role owns the end-to-end client relationship and serves as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction, growth, renewals, and risk management. The Client Engagement Manager drives profitable growth by building and maintaining strategic, trusted client relationships and ensuring world-class delivery across Ensono services. While this is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, the CEM works cross-functionally across Ensono—including Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering—to expand existing client relationships and deliver measurable business value.
