About The Position

The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Client Engagement Manager ensures a person-centered, trauma-informed, and seamless client experience across the entire organization. This role oversees the client journey, service quality, and feedback processes to support access, engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes in alignment with agency mission, regulatory requirements, and organizational values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent related experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least three years' experience in children's behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a related public sector human services or behavioral health care field.
  • Demonstrate competency with computer-based systems and knowledge of referral networks, and fee reimbursement systems.
  • Experience in office based protocols and customer service principles.
  • Ability to act with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Exceptional skills in documentation, professional writing, and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license with no more than 5 points on MVR, and current auto insurance.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end client experience from access and intake through transitions & follow-up.
  • Establish, monitor, and improve client experience and service quality standards.
  • Lead timely resolution of client concerns and service barriers.
  • Train and coach staff on client rights, engagement practices, communication standards, and the service continuum.
  • Oversee the comprehensive referral and admissions process.
  • Ensure appropriate communication of program information to clients, families, and referral sources.
  • Oversee pre-admission and intake operations.
  • Oversee scheduling of services and management of scheduling systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely EHR documentation.
  • Oversee verification of funding eligibility.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to direct reports.
