This person is responsible for ensuring client success by aligning technology solutions with business outcomes, managing relationships across a portfolio of key and growing accounts, and coordinating the delivery of SSR services. This position is not passive account management. The Client Technology Engagement Manager owns the client relationship end to end, coordinating service delivery, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring every client's technology is serving their business goals.
