About The Position

The Client Engagement Lead represents the business unit and leads an assigned accreditation program through implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Reporting to and working closely with the Senior Program Manager, Accreditation & Certification, Québec & Canadian Francophonie, the role manages a small team and ensures program manuals, tools, and guidance are practical, relevant to Québec public-sector care settings, aligned with applicable standards, and easy for clinical teams to use. The incumbent serves as a trusted subject-matter resource, builds lasting relationships, advises regional and corporate teams, and uses client feedback, survey reports, emerging trends, and risks to improve program delivery and outcomes. This is an existing vacancy. It is a full-time, permanent position based preferably in Montreal or Ottawa, with a hybrid work model. The salary is $98,000–$115,300, commensurate with experience. This is the expected starting salary range, not the full salary range; growth opportunities within the full range are available in alignment with organizational policies and individual and organizational performance. The successful candidate’s offer will reflect experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
