About The Position

Revision Wealth Management is a fiduciary wealth management firm across Northern and Central Florida. We are hiring a Client Discovery Specialist to conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients. This is a single-focus role. You run the discovery conversation, uncover the prospect's goals and financial picture and confirm fit. You do not build plans or make recommendations. Discovery is the entire job, and we want someone who does it exceptionally well.

Requirements

  • A natural relationship-builder who is warm, credible, and a strong listener.
  • Disciplined and organized, with reliable follow-through on notes and CRM hygiene.
  • Comfortable talking with high-net-worth individuals and pre-retirees about their finances.
  • Coachable and consistent. You follow a proven discovery framework rather than improvising.
  • Self-motivated. Commission-only means your performance drives your income.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in sales, financial services, client relations, or consultative roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Airtable, or similar).
  • A track record of converting conversations into committed next steps.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled discovery meetings with prospective clients (virtual and in-person).
  • Build rapport quickly and create a comfortable, professional first impression of the firm.
  • Ask structured questions to surface goals, concerns, timelines, and overall financial situation.
  • Assess fit against firm criteria and qualify prospects for advancement.
  • Document each conversation cleanly and hand off complete notes to the lead advisor.
  • Keep the CRM current so every prospect's status is accurate and visible.
