The role is based in NYC at 7 Bryant Park, operating under a hybrid working model requiring the Senior Client Director to be in the office three days per week to foster innovation, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and relationship building. The team is focused on accelerating the growth of the US offshore intermediary business by servicing major clients like broker-dealers, banks, funds of funds, and wealth platforms. The Client Director will engage with home offices, gatekeepers, portfolio managers, and product specialists to promote the firm's investment capabilities, including ETFs, SMAs, mutual funds, semi-liquid funds, and drawdown funds, while also developing relationships with targeted prospects. This role is crucial for advancing the distribution of Schroders' strategies and capabilities within the segment.
