About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking a Client Coverage Advisor to help individuals and families understand insurance products that may support their financial protection goals. You will work remotely, speak with clients through virtual appointments, and provide a clear, helpful experience throughout the coverage review process. This position is well suited for someone who is motivated, people-oriented, and ready to grow professionally through ongoing training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients from warm lead sources
• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
• Identify individual and family coverage needs
• Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
• Provide clear answers to client questions
• Help clients make informed decisions
• Follow up professionally and maintain client relationships
• Participate in team training and coaching programs
