ExamWorks is looking for a Client Coordinator to join our team onsite! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced and enjoys being the first point of contact for claimants. You’ll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, provide clear and empathetic support, and ensure every claimant receives timely, accurate assistance. If you’re customer‑focused, organized, and energized by phone‑based work, this could be a great fit - all the call‑center energy, none of the call‑center feel. Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. This is on onsite role, located at our Miami, FL location. We offer a competitive pay of $18-20 per hour depending on experience. Our clients include property and casualty insurance carriers, law firms, third-party claim administrators, and government agencies that use independent services to confirm the veracity of claims by sick or injured individuals under automotive, disability, liability and workers' compensation insurance coverages.
