Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two or more years of experience in hospitality, corporate services, conference services, event coordination, or a client-facing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certification.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience supporting a corporate conference or client center.
  • Experience working with Executive Assistants, senior leadership, or external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Client Center to ensure meeting rooms and common areas are prepared, maintained, and client-ready.
  • Manage room setup, food and beverage service, meeting transitions, and post-event restoration.
  • Monitor the Client Center throughout the day, proactively addressing cleanliness, presentation, inventory, and operational needs.
  • Maintain inventory of food, beverages, office supplies, and client amenities; coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages.
  • Maintain organized storage areas and ensure supplies are accurately stocked and labeled.
  • Support meeting room scheduling and reservation processes while ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  • Partner with Executive Assistants, business partners, vendors, and other internal teams to coordinate meetings and events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients, visitors, executives, and employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when supporting executives and client-facing events.
  • Support special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Work outside of normal business hours, including evenings, when business needs require.
