Requirements

Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist required
Confidence handling high call volume and competing priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage concerns with empathy
Familiarity with veterinary terminology and hospital workflows preferred
Excellent customer service with a focus on building long-term client relationships
Strong multitasking and organization skills
Ability to prioritize scheduling needs and urgent cases appropriately
Positive attitude and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar efficiently
Coordinate with technicians and doctors to support smooth patient flow
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and welcoming lobby environment
Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to confirm appointments and support follow-up care
Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism and escalate when needed
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction
