About The Position
Join Freedom Caregivers as a Full-Time Client Care Specialist (CCS) in Wooster and make a real difference in the lives of clients and caregivers every day. As a Client Care Specialist, you’ll help ensure our clients receive exceptional care while supporting and mentoring caregivers in the field.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License
- Reliable and consistent transportation
- Current proof of auto insurance
- HHA or STNA certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Physically able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs
- Experience as an HHA or STNA
- Flexible availability between 8 AM – 6 PM Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
- Ability to adapt quickly and build strong relationships with clients and caregivers
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, families, and caregivers
- Cover open client shifts when needed to ensure continuity of care
- Train and mentor new caregivers in clients’ homes
- Communicate caregiver updates and performance to leadership
- Uphold agency standards, policies, and professionalism
