Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with finesse, focusing on closing residential sales and booking services.
• Handle Route Managers' data entry tasks, including reports, contracts, Electronic Site Management (ESM), and more.
• Manage bank deposits for received checks and credit card payments, ensuring seamless processes.
• Tackle residential account issues head-on, ensuring our clients are delighted with solutions.
• Maintain organized customer files and up-to-date filing systems.
• Coordinate Route Managers' one-time work and home services, ensuring follow-up for customer satisfaction.
• Play a pivotal role in completing month-end tasks.
• Keep an eye on missing tag reports, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Order office supplies, keeping everything running smoothly.
• Handle chain account functions, including reporting, scoring, and procedural knowledge.
• Provide assistance to branch staff as directed by the Branch Manager.
