About The Position

We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Care Center Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering professional, high-quality customer service while supporting clients through important and often sensitive moments. Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client care role
  • A high level of integrity, professionalism, and compassion, especially when working in sensitive environments
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • A team-first mindset with a positive, energetic approach
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across teams and with clients

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
  • Build strong relationships with clients and assist with product orders
  • Respond to inquiries about products and services with clarity and care
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or follow-ups
  • Coordinate service requests to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across all offerings
  • Support administrative and operational processes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist with additional tasks as needed
