A Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS2) contributes to AHF by presenting a friendly, helpful face to members seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in Wellness Clinics/Programs. This is a hybrid role providing courteous, confidential, and professional support to members within wellness programs. A CCS2 enhances the reputation of AHF by embodying its commitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability. With a versatile skill set and dedication to seamlessly transitioning between clinical, administrative, and front office roles, CCS2s contribute to a positive experience, fostering trust and loyalty. They will be passionate advocates for AHF's top initiatives. To be successful, it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind.
