A Client Care Specialist 2 MTU contributes to AHF by presenting a friendly, helpful face to members seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment on our Mobile Unit. A CCS2 for Mobile is a role providing courteous, confidential, and professional support to members within our MTU programs. A CCS2 MTU enhances the reputation of AHF by embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability. With a versatile skill set and dedication to seamlessly transitioning between clinical, administrative, and front office roles, CCS2s contribute to a positive experience, fostering trust and loyalty. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The CCS2 will work as a part of a close-knit team to focus on comprehensive patient care by collecting medical histories, managing tests/screenings, recording vitals, and addressing health complaints.They will facilitate patient registration, appointment management, and electronic chart creation.The role requires proficiency in data documentation, includingreferrals and reports.A valid phlebotomy license or medical assistanct certificate is necessary, with skills in venipuncture and sample collection, includingbloodandotherspecifmens,preparingthemforlaboratory analysis.
