A Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS2) at AHF is a hybrid role that contributes by providing friendly, helpful, courteous, confidential, and professional support to members seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in Wellness Clinics/Programs. This role enhances AHF's reputation through excellence in patient care, patient retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability. CCS2s are expected to embody AHF Core Values and Mission, adapt in a dynamic environment, and work collaboratively within a close-knit team focusing on comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Valid Phlebotomy license or MA certificate

Responsibilities

Presenting a friendly, helpful face to members seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in Wellness Clinics/Programs
Providing courteous, confidential, and professional support to members within wellness programs
Embodying AHF's commitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability
Seamlessly transitioning between clinical, administrative, and front office roles
Being a passionate advocate for top initiatives
Ensuring AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind
Adapting in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for clients and workplace for employees
Working as part of a close-knit team to focus on comprehensive patient care
Collecting medical histories
Managing tests/screenings
Recording vitals
Addressing health complaints
Facilitating patient registration
Facilitating appointment management
Facilitating electronic chart creation
Proficiently documenting data, including referrals and reports
Performing venipuncture and sample collection, including blood and other specimens
Preparing specimens for laboratory analysis
