About The Position

Tri Lake Animal Hospital and Referral Centre is seeking a full-time, customer service-focused Client Care Representative to join their team. The position involves creating a warm environment, managing communications, handling administrative tasks related to patient care, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Create a warm and welcoming environment for patients and pet parents.
Answer a multi-line phone system and track and book appointments effectively.
Place outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment bookings.
Respond to and manage email correspondence (clients, referring veterinarians, internal office messages).
Admit and discharge pet patients.
Handle invoicing/billing, create estimates, explain fees, obtain pet owner confirmation, and process payments.
Schedule appointments.
Perform general housekeeping duties, including maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area, pet holding areas, and common areas, and removing animal waste.
Assist veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments.
