About The Position

Good Works Talent is conducting a search on behalf of a well-respected estate planning law firm that's looking for a Receptionist to join their team in Wichita. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Wichita, KS, consisting of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The firm is dedicated to helping families protect their assets and secure their legacies through comprehensive estate planning. Their mission is to provide peace of mind and clarity to clients while delivering the highest level of professional and compassionate service.

Requirements

A background in client service, preferably within a legal or professional services setting.
Proven ability to manage relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency with technology tools including Microsoft Office Suite and multi-function copiers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
Capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
Adept at managing multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
