About The Position

Homewatch CareGivers of Yorba Linda is seeking an experienced Client Care Manager who is exceptional at building relationships with seniors, family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership position for someone with a big heart, excellent instincts, and the confidence to step in and take charge when a situation becomes difficult. The right person will make every client feel like our most important client, while still being able to establish boundaries, have honest conversations, and hold people accountable when necessary. The Client Care Manager is the primary relationship owner for our clients and their families. You will spend significant time visiting clients in their homes, understanding their needs, resolving concerns, supporting caregivers, and making sure the care we promised is the care we are delivering. This is not primarily a desk position. It requires someone who enjoys being in the field, connecting with people, and responding quickly when circumstances change.
