Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial or residential painting preferred
• Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Ability to stand, bend, and work on ladders or scaffolding for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, scraping, patching, and priming
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces
• Select and mix paints and finishes to match specifications
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and masking tape
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain and clean tools, brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean job site
