This role involves sending and receiving retainer agreements for eligible clients, maintaining data integrity through precise data entry, and combining information from various systems. The specialist will also be responsible for regular attendance, following up on intakes, making outbound calls, and communicating with medical providers and clients regarding appointment availability and compliance. Consistent communication with clients and the legal team regarding appointments and case status is also a key part of this role.
