About The Position

This is an entry-level healthcare administration role with endless growth potential in a fast-moving organization that helps kids. The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for client reception, entering schedules, general office support, and clerical functions. This role serves as a primary point of contact for caregivers regarding scheduling updates, cancellations, coverage changes, and requests for additional hours. The coordinator communicates professionally and confidently with caregivers by phone, email, and text to ensure timely resolution of scheduling needs and concerns. They proactively notify families and staff of schedule changes, staffing adjustments, and coverage updates to maintain continuity of care. Building positive relationships with caregivers through responsive, clear, and compassionate communication while maintaining professional boundaries is key. The role also involves maintaining and updating daily client schedules in ABA Connect, ensuring all team members are informed of schedule modifications, and monitoring team communication to identify issues requiring leadership support. The coordinator partners closely with the Director of Operations (DOO) to execute scheduling plans and helps coordinate cancellations, additional hours, and schedule changes. Additionally, they follow up with families regarding P2P checks and payments, help coordinate check collection and reissued payments when needed, and support day-to-day administrative needs of the center.

Requirements

  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable speaking with families and employees
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

  • Administrative, healthcare, education, customer service, or ABA experience preferred

Responsibilities
