About The Position

The Client Care Coordinator role is for an existing vacancy within Motion, a leading full-service mobility and accessibility solutions provider in Canada. Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment or a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome, engage with, and meet the needs of clients and visitors on-site.
  • Manage and prioritize telephone and email communications in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Work closely with Service Technicians and Sales Consultants to oversee client order administration.
  • Update databases and schedule technician appointments.
  • Arrange for the pick-up and delivery of equipment.
  • Manage all details to ensure timing, information, and expectations are accurate, transparent, and communicated to all parties involved.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm all paperwork, such as rental agreements, quotes, and client records, is complete and accurate.
