The Client Care Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Client Care Manager and other case management staff to provide individualized case management services to eligible clients. This role involves meeting with clients to complete intakes, assessments, income verification, program qualifications, enrollments, ongoing case management, and case closings. The coordinator will also enroll and maintain virtual accounts for case management application services, provide various forms of client support, and become CHOICES certified within 6 months. Additionally, the position involves working with upper management on client relief allocation awards, developing and assessing program materials, providing community outreach, creating promotional materials, offering front desk support, and performing administrative support for other program staff as needed. The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality, a strong knowledge of TEEG services and community resources, accurate data entry, and compliance with grantor/funder requirements. The coordinator will also attend meetings and trainings, provide agency-wide assistance during high volume periods or absences, and represent TEEG positively.
