About The Position
The Client Care Coordinator provides both clerical and clinical support to the primary health care team within the health centre. Working within an interdisciplinary team, this role helps coordinate client focused primary care for community members seeking and accessing health care services.
Requirements
- NUCE certification/Medical Office Assistant, or equivalent
- A clear criminal reference check is a condition of employment
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Experience in the use of personal computers, various word processing, spreadsheets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Developed interpersonal skills and ability to promote teamwork
- Excellent organization skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the use of electronic health record would be a definite asset
