About The Position

The Bilingual Client Care Coordinator will assist with general office duties, including electronic filing, sending communications, managing medical records, and answering phones. This role involves collecting payments, scheduling and rescheduling client appointments, and supporting the front desk with patient check-ins and form completion. The coordinator must adhere to company policies, HIPAA, and FERPA regulations, and assist providers with English/Spanish translation. Cross-training with other departments is also a responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general office duties, such as electronic filing documents, sending zoom links, emails, medical records and answering phones.
  • Collect co-payments or past-due payments from customers.
  • Assist with scheduling monthly client appointments and rescheduling appointments.
  • Answer phones in a professional manner, respond to client needs.
  • Assist front desk receptionist with checking in-patients, making copies of IDs, obtaining or giving evaluation forms to be completed.
  • Adhere to all the policies and standards stated in the Employee Handbook.
  • Exhibit compliance with The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regulations.
  • Assist providers when needed with translating English/Spanish.
  • Cross-training with other departments.
