About The Position

Our Client Care team helps customers solve problems, schedules service calls, follows up on opportunities, and makes sure every customer feels taken care of. You should be comfortable talking with customers all day, asking good questions, and turning conversations into booked appointments.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Schedule service and sales appointments
• Follow up with customers and open opportunities
• Help customers understand their options
• Work closely with our service, sales and dispatch teams
• Keep accurate customer information in our system
• Help create a great customer experience from the first call
