About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Client Billing Specialist to join a well-established legal billing team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of legal billing experience required
- Hands-on experience with Elite / 3E billing software
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process client invoices in a high-volume legal billing environment
- Support billing for assigned attorneys, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing guidelines
- Collaborate closely with billing, collections, and accounting teams
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to internal and external inquiries
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
