Client Banking Associate
About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Client Banking Associate to join our Operations team in Vancouver. Reporting to the Team Lead, this role is primarily responsible for processing incoming and outgoing funds along with other operational tasks. The ideal candidate must work well in a team environment, be eager to learn, highly organized, and committed to accuracy. Requirements
- Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks concurrently to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves
- 2 years relevant experience in the Canadian securities industry preferred but not required.
- Experience with CDS, DTCC and Dataphile software an asset but not required.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming transactions including cash receipts, cheques, EFTs, wires, and bill payments
- Handle outgoing payments such as cheques, EFTs, and wires; perform necessary reconciliations
- Collaborate with the Accounting department to support bank reconciliations
- Set up, modify, and close recurring transactions in Dataphile
- Investigate escalations and assist with special projects as required
- Support walk-in clients and manage courier activity at the Client Services counter
