About The Position

The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales culture to help achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals. The role focuses on providing approachable, efficient service, building relationships with clients, and supporting a welcoming, productive retail environment. This is a seasonal position at the Broadway Plaza store.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a client-services-related capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate issues when applicable.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, reach, and move continually during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide approachable, efficient sales and service on the floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and build a following of repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season’s apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activity to drive and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for in-store guests.
• Promote a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including front-of-house and stock areas.
