About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Capability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Must obtain state insurance licenses (training provided and sponsorship considered).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial.
  • Experience from business development-oriented organizations with uncapped earnings potential, including Medical Device, Education (teachers, administrators), Logistics, Solar, Payroll Services, Tech Business Development, Real Estate, Auto Rental, and others.
