Passionate About: Outside of the office, Sawyere enjoys staying active through fitness, snowboarding, and mountain biking. He’s passionate about personal development, his faith, and spending quality time with his wife and four children. Trevor Grayson - Growth & Development Director: Time with NM: 5 years Prior to: Trevor worked as a Corporate Project Manager at Select Health and ran several side businesses. He also played college soccer. Passionate About: Trevor is an endurance athlete with a love for triathlons, mountain biking, and skiing. He and his wife are raising five children, and he thrives on staying active and involved with his family. Sebastian Lawson - College Unit Director: Time with NM: 3 years Prior to: Sebastian came to Northwestern Mutual from a background in medical sales. Passionate About: He is passionate about mountain biking, running, snowboarding, and personal development. At home, he enjoys life with his wife and their three children. Chris Smith - Financial Representative: Time with NM: 6 months Prior to: Chris has a background in tech sales and spent time coaching high school athletics. Passionate About: Chris is deeply invested in his family and faith. He enjoys coaching, high school sports, and staying active through basketball. He brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to his role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Capability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Individuals from business development-oriented organizations with uncapped earnings potential, including those from medical devices, education (teachers, administrators), logistics, solar, payroll services, tech business development, real estate, auto rental and others.
  • Required to obtain state insurance licenses, with training provided and sponsorship considered.
