The Client Advisor I - Mt. Dora is responsible for relationship building, including preparing for customer interactions, building rapport, understanding customer financial goals, matching needs to Seacoast Bank products and services, explaining products, closing sales, asking for referrals, and exhibiting good listening skills. The role also involves understanding customer-facing technology, responding promptly to customer needs, balancing business needs with customer requests, embracing new technology, participating in community events, delivering presentations, exhibiting strong work ethics and teamwork, pursuing NMLS registration, building proficiencies in consumer deposit and lending products, developing an understanding of small business products, demonstrating outbound calling proficiency, and identifying referral opportunities. Operations include opening and processing accounts, performing account maintenance, processing transactions, ensuring adherence to AML/BSA requirements, audit procedures, dual control, security, and Business Continuity. The role involves reviewing and adhering to operational procedures, following up on audit deficiencies, balancing cash drawers, and resolving customer objections.
