The Client Advisor I is responsible for relationship building, including preparing for customer interactions, building rapport, understanding customer financial goals, matching needs to Seacoast Bank products and services, explaining products, closing sales, asking for referrals, and exhibiting good listening skills. They must have a strong understanding of customer-facing technology, respond promptly to customer needs, balance business needs with customer requests, embrace new technology, and participate in community events. They will also deliver presentations, exhibit strong work ethics and teamwork, pursue NMLS registration, build proficiencies in consumer deposit and lending products, develop an understanding of small business products, and demonstrate proficiency in outbound calling and identifying referral opportunities. Operations include opening and processing accounts, performing account maintenance, processing transactions, ensuring branch adherence to AML/BSA requirements, audit procedures, dual control, security, and Business Continuity. They are responsible for reviewing and adhering to operational procedures, following up on audit deficiencies, balancing cash drawers, and resolving customer objections. All associates are required to adhere to the highest legal and ethical standards and comply with all regulatory, legal, ethical, and Bank risk mitigation requirements.
