About The Position

Velaz Group specializes in driving growth through high-performance sales teams in the home improvement space, focusing on results, opportunity, and financial growth. They are seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist (Setter / Opener) to generate new opportunities by connecting with homeowners and setting qualified appointments for their sales team. This is a field-based, entry-to-mid level sales role focused on lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
• Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
• Be 18 years old or older
