About The Position

Cozen O’Connor’s Pittsburgh office is seeking a Client Account Specialist to act as a liaison for firm clients. The Client Account Specialist will provide top-tier customer service, as the main point of contact for designated clients. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office 2 days remote).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Expertise in written and verbal communication
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organization and scheduling skills
  • Discretion and an ability to handle confidential information
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive service to clients, acting as a reliable liaison between them and our legal team
  • Act as client service team lead having direct client communications both written and verbal
  • Orchestrate work flows with attorneys and staff assigned to the client team
  • Address routine inquiries, and escalating complex issues as needed
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation, promptly resolving any concerns or questions to maintain client satisfaction and trust
  • Shepherd strong client relationships, monitor ongoing matters, and provide updates accordingly
  • Collaborate with our attorneys to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a proactive approach to help identify opportunities to enhance our client experience, streamline processes, and ensure that all client needs are met efficiently
  • Perform billable tasks as warranted
