Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts

- Maintain accurate and organized account information
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address outstanding needs

- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
