About The Position
Knox Attorney Service is a busy legal support provider seeking a Client Representative. In this role, you will monitor 50-75 orders daily, obtain updates from field agents, communicate these updates to clients, and input all notes into the company database. You will also follow up with field agents for order status, inform clients of any issues with active orders, and review completed orders for billing processing.
Requirements
- Must be highly organized.
- Must have a sense of urgency.
- Must have good time management skills.
- Fast typing speeds.
- Familiar with WORD, ADOBE, OUTLOOK.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
