About The Position

CHC Addiction Services is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction. We are currently looking for a full time Client Account Representative to work in our clinic, Monday through Friday. This position will be required to start early in the morning (6:00 or 6:30am).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 45 wpm accurately
• Related experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting practices
• Experience in customer service
• Experience working in an office setting
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment
• Detail oriented

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of MITS
• Knowledge of Medicaid and private insurance billing requirements
• Experience with CPT and ICD-9 coding
