Requirements
- Proven experience in client account management, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support account performance decisions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain and update accurate client account information in the company database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client services and solutions.
- Monitor client account performance and provide reports and insights to management.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
