About The Position
Lane Valente Industries is a Leading International construction and facility maintenance company with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada. We have a strong in-house group of field technicians that services top U.S. corporations and are supported by top notch managers in our offices. We are always looking for talented people driven to be highly productive members of the team with an emphasis on integrity and learning. This is a current opportunity for a Client Account Manager (CAM). We are looking for a detail-oriented person to work with the Management team overseeing projects for Fortune 100 clients across the US.
Requirements
- Strong background in Customer Service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Dependable team-player
Responsibilities
- Work with Client Account Management Team and Information Management Team via telephone and email
- Answering high volume of incoming calls
- Dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors
- Running reports and following up on all service requests within your range
- Data Entry
- Processing purchase orders, etc.
