Client Account Manager

iQmetrix
Hybrid

About The Position

The Client Success team owns the commercial health of iQmetrix's largest and most strategic customer relationships, from day-to-day account management through executive-level growth and retention planning across Canada's carrier and dealer channel landscape. As an Account Manager (internally known as Client Account Manager II), you'll own one of iQmetrix's largest and most strategically important relationships: a national wireless carrier and its dealer channel. This is an executive-level ownership role, not a support or coordination role, accountable for growing the relationship, protecting it, and expanding iQmetrix's footprint across both the carrier's corporate operations and its independent dealer network. You'll work at the intersection of enterprise carrier leadership, a large and varied dealer channel, and iQmetrix's own product and delivery teams, translating a complex, multi-stakeholder relationship into measurable revenue growth and long-term partnership. You'll report to the VP, Canada, and join a small, senior team of Account Managers covering the country's major carrier and retail channels.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in strategic or enterprise account management, ideally with a named, large, complex account carrying real revenue accountability.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a channel or dealer/partner network, not just a single buyer relationship.
  • A track record of executive-level relationship management, comfortable running conversations with senior leaders on the customer side.
  • Experience leading commercial negotiations: pricing, contracting, renewals.
  • Strong follow-through and project ownership; brings recommendations, not open questions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the judgment to represent iQmetrix credibly in high-stakes conversations.

Nice To Haves

  • experience in telecom, wireless retail, or a comparable regulated, multi-stakeholder retail environment.
  • familiarity with retail technology, POS, or payments platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for a national carrier account, across both corporate and dealer channels.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships at multiple levels of the carrier's organization, from day-to-day operators to senior decision-makers.
  • Represent the account internally, coordinating iQmetrix's product, delivery, and support functions around what the customer actually needs.
  • Own the account's growth plan and revenue targets, identifying and closing expansion opportunities across the carrier's dealer network and corporate footprint.
  • Lead commercial and contract discussions, including pricing structure, re-contracting, and renewal.
  • Drive adoption of iQmetrix's platform and payments capabilities across the dealer base.
  • Own the commercial relationship with dozens of independent dealer partners operating under the carrier's brand, from the largest strategic accounts to the long tail.
  • Run structured account reviews, prioritizing the relationships and opportunities that matter most.
  • Lead migration and modernization initiatives across the dealer base, including platform transitions and updated pricing models.
  • Co-own major account initiatives and launches alongside iQmetrix's program and delivery teams, providing customer context, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • Escalate and help resolve customer-impacting issues, working cross-functionally with product, support, and professional services.
