About The Position

The Client Account Manager/Executive is the strategic face of Elavon to the client, representing multiple Elavon business channels. They are responsible for the overall management of a book of small to medium business accounts, including maintenance, growth, increased profitability, strategic direction, overall client satisfaction, and contract renewals. This role involves consulting with clients through data analysis, industry education, presentation of performance results, and recommending actions to improve performance. The Client Account Manager/Executive also serves as the escalation point for both internal and external client issues.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two or more years of client management experience in the financial industry
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.
