We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven professional to take ownership of an established portfolio of existing clients. This is not a cold-calling or outbound prospecting role. Instead, your mission is to protect, strengthen, and grow the real relationships we’ve already built. You will be the steady, reliable point of contact our clients trust. On our lean team, full-cycle account ownership means you don't just maintain the relationship—you manage the execution. You will personally ensure project details are correct, estimates are accurate, and invoicing is processed seamlessly within our systems. When this role is done well, clients feel supported, projects run smoother, and opportunities for organic account growth happen naturally. This position is an incredible fit for someone who is fiercely organized, highly tech-fluent, and genuinely enjoys customer interaction. You should be the kind of person who uses modern digital tools to ensure no detail slips through the cracks and no client feels forgotten.

Requirements

  • A Farmer Mindset: You take deep pride in customer satisfaction, relationship retention, and meticulous account management.
  • Digital Fluency: You are highly proficient with cloud-based CRM systems, email software, and digital calendars under fast-paced conditions.
  • Proactive Hospitality: You are organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoy starting conversations and checking in on clients.
  • Professional Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an upbeat and positive tone.
  • Background in account support, B2B customer service, or client coordination is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in signage, marketing, print, or construction is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary, proactive point of contact for a defined portfolio of established customers.
  • Learn your clients' businesses, purchasing patterns, and recurring signage needs.
  • Anticipate client needs by checking in before seasonal rushes or recurring events.
  • Reconnect with historical accounts that haven't ordered recently to re-establish the partnership.
  • Look for natural opportunities to introduce clients to new products and visual solutions.
  • Respond promptly, professionally, and helpfully to all inbound client requests and orders.
  • Operate our cloud-based CRM/POS software daily with speed and precision.
  • Ask thoughtful questions to fully understand project scopes, then write clear, accurate quotes.
  • Collect deposits, process payments, and manage client invoicing seamlessly.
  • Collaborate directly with internal design and production teams to keep projects on track and communicate timelines clearly to the client.
